Top Industry Problems

The Challenges Home Service Teams Are Facing

Service van with a roof-mounted ladder rack traveling a highway between job sites at dusk

Preventative maintenance based on schedules, not equipment condition

Technicians dispatched without knowing the fault

No visibility until the customer reports a problem

Service costs increase as the installed base grows.

Many service operators absorb these costs as the price of growth. Remote monitoring creates another way to increase capacity without making every new customer dependent on another scheduled visit.

Before You Add Capacity

A Smarter Way to Scale Home Servicing

Remote monitoring helps you reduce service costs, respond faster, and manage more equipment without adding more resources.

Service equipment only when it needs attention: Reduce unnecessary callouts and make maintenance and replenishment more efficient.

Replace your PLC with intelligent control that gives you greater flexibility to operate, adjust, and diagnose your equipment remotely from the cloud.

See problems before they become failures: Remote monitoring gives you real-time visibility into equipment performance.

Diagnose issues before sending a technician: Know what is wrong so technicians arrive prepared with the right parts.

Use IoT to Scale Your Home Service Operation

The Define G3 IoT remote monitoring system combines an integrated dashboard with both cloud-based and local control features , giving your team real-time visibility and control from one central platform.

Instead of sending technicians to every site on a fixed schedule, your team can respond based on equipment condition, operating data, alarms, and actual service needs—reducing unnecessary callouts and improving service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Our Data Strategy Approach

Not Sure What’s Possible Yet?

Some service providers already have ideas for where connected data could create efficiency. Others know their operation could run better but have not yet seen what is possible.

That is where our Data Strategy comes in. We uncover the opportunities hidden across your equipment, service process, and day-to-day operations, then turn them into a clear plan for a remote monitoring system built specifically around how your business works.
